This policy explains what information ChurchCore ("we" or "us") collects when you visit churchcore.church or book a call with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email info@churchcore.church.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you book a call, our scheduling tool (Calendly) asks for your name, email address, and anything you choose to share about your church and team. If you email us, we receive what you send.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and the tools listed below collect information about your visit. That includes the pages you view, the buttons you click, how you scroll, the website or ad that brought you here, your browser and device type, and your general location based on your IP address. This is collected with cookies and similar technologies.

Tools we use

• Squarespace hosts this website. Squarespace Privacy Policy

• Google Analytics helps us understand how people use the site. How Google uses information from sites that use its services
• Meta Pixel helps us measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show ads to people who have visited our site. Meta may receive information such as the pages you visit and, in scrambled (hashed) form, contact details you enter on the site. Meta Privacy Policy
• Microsoft Clarity shows us how visitors use the site through behavior metrics, heatmaps, and session recordings, so we can improve it. It uses first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies. Microsoft Privacy Statement

The client portal

If your church works with us, you'll use our portal at portal.churchcore.church. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity there to see how the portal gets used, so we can make it better.

• Google Analytics records which screens you open and what you finish (like a worksheet marked done), along with your church's name, your role in the portal, and where your church is in the program. It doesn't receive your name or email.
• Microsoft Clarity records how you move through the portal, including what's on your screen and what you type, so we can see where things are confusing. Passwords are never recorded, and sign-in pages aren't recorded at all. Only ChurchCore reviews these recordings.

We don't use the Meta Pixel or any advertising tools in the portal.

How we use information

• To schedule and hold calls with you, and to follow up about them.
• To understand how the site is used and make it better.
• To measure our advertising and show ChurchCore ads to people who have visited our site.
• To keep the site secure and working.

Advertising and your choices

We may show ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google to people who have visited our site. You can limit this:

• Meta ad preferences
• Google ad settings
• Opt out of Google Analytics
• Industry opt-out tools: aboutads.info and networkadvertising.org

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, like booking a call, may not work as well without them.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above so they can do their work for us, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details and emails as long as we need them to work with you. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. The other tools follow their own retention schedules.

Your choices about your information

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@churchcore.church and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site is for church leaders and isn't meant for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
